The kitchen is equipped with all amenities (freezer, oven / microwave, dishwasher, extractor fan) and each apartment has Astra satellite TV.
Mondays in the period from 16-22 o'clock the sauna of the spa area can be used by all guests free (sauna towels, we of course available). To discuss the private use of the spa area is possible.
The apartment is designed for 4 people with beds. A 5th person can be accommodated on an extra bed in the second bedroom. Additional costs for the 5th person in the high season 20 € / day and low season 15 € / day on site directly payable.
We ask our guests linen, towels and tea towels to be brought along, if interested, they can also be rented.
If necessary, can also be rented for 15 € per stay a baby travel cot (up to 3 years for children). 2 baby high chairs are available in the house.
If an additional bedroom is still needed, the room "Reinegg" Villa Lageder can be booked cheap. The historical Villa Lageder is located in the famous South Bergdorf Sarnthein / Sarentino at 1000 m height. It was in 1899 built on an old foundation and rehabilitated completely and luxuriously 2004-2006.
The Villa has six apartments, of which five rented as apartments.
Our property has a large garden with mature trees, where our guests are welcome. This offers at different levels seating and berths, as well as the opportunity to grill.
In addition, we have set up to relax at the villa a small spa area with spacious sauna (Finnish / bio), JacuzziWhirlpool (for two), a shower and a nice quiet room.
