L’ “Appartamento Mare Blu” si trova in una delle vie più antiche del centro storico di Portoferraio, situati al piano terra di una palazzina immersa in una cornice di tetti e scorci della cittadina medicea e a pochi passi dal lungomare e dai negozi e locali del paese. L’ appartamento regala il sapore e l’atmosfera di un’abitazione marinara nel cuore del centro storico, con un arredo funzionale con mobili nuovi e moderni. Alla sera il centro si anima con mercatini tipici e manifestazioni che renderanno indimenticabile la vostra vacanza. L’accesso al centro storico con l’auto è possibile, anche se regolamentato da orari (il traffico è chiuso dalle ore 19.00 alle 7.00); un comodo parcheggio a pagamento si trova nelle immediate vicinanze del nostro alloggio, che è la sistemazione ideale per tutti coloro che scelgono una vacanza senza l'uso dell'auto. Segnaliamo inoltre un servizio di bus navetta per il porto con fermata autobus a soli 150 metri, la meravigliosa spiaggia delle Viste a soli 500 metri, la caratteristica spiaggia delle Ghiaie a 800 metri con stabilimenti balneari, noleggio lettini e ombrelloni, noleggio pedalò, bar, ristoranti direttamente sulla spiaggia. Servizi essenziali nelle immediate vicinanze sono ottimi panifici, farmacia, ristorante ed il porto per poter raggiungere la nave o fare una escursione a circa 450 metri.
