Located on the raised ground floor, it consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and a veranda furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining and relaxing moments.
The magnificent free and equipped beaches of Mare e Rocce and Pellicano can be easily reached on foot, 650 and 800 metres away respectively, perfect also for small children with their gently sloping seabed; with a short walk you can also reach the famous beach of Bados.
Near the flat there are all the main services, as well as quality restaurants, pizzerias and bars.
