Our holiday flat is located in the heart of the Bavarian Forest.
Grünbach belongs to the municipality of Kirchdorf im Wald in the LKR Regen. Grünbach is approx. 3 km from Kirchdorf and 15 km from Regen. In Kirchdorf you will find everything you need for daily life.
We, the family Annette, Maria and Norbert Eickeler are looking forward to welcoming you. On our website we would like to introduce you to our cosy holiday flat Grünbach/Kirchdorf i. Wald and inform you about the village, leisure activities and sights.
The use of the garden with deckchairs, brick barbecue and beer table set under the pavilion, invite you to relax. From the house you can immediately enjoy the marvellous nature with its fauna, the animals and the wonderful views into the distance on the numerous hiking trails. In winter, the Klingenbrunn cross-country skiing centre (approx. 8 minutes away by car) with its cross-country skiing trails, e.g. the Fatima night trail, is within easy reach.
From 15.08.25 there is even a public 3D course with 30 targets for archers. It is located between Kirchdorf i. Wald and Klingenbrunn and can be reached in 5 minutes by car.
Our 4 star holiday flat is located in the idyllic village of Grünbach about 3 km from Kirchdorf im Wald. It is particularly suitable for 1 - 2 x adults or 2 x adults with a small child up to 3 years. For this constellation we have also received the 4-star classification from the German Tourism Association. The sofa bed in the living room or alternatively our new hobby room (particularly suitable and exciting for children up to 12 years of age) allows us to accommodate up to 4 people. However, we would like to expressly point out that the classification of the flat does not apply to an occupancy of 4 x persons. Our holiday flat is approx. 60 m² in size. There is 1x bedroom with double bed 1.80x 2.00 m, wardrobe etc., as well as a sofa bed (extendable) 1.30x 1.90 m in the living room.
If you book a stay with us with children, we can offer you our new "Hobbit" room as an alternative to the sofa bed in the living room. Although the room is small (approx. 3x2x1.7 m), it is very cosy. The bed is 1.40 x 2.00 metres.
There is also an electric fireplace and a wardrobe in the hallway. Of course, the "Hobbit" room can also be used for the young at heart.
The living room has a cosy dining area with corner bench, chairs and table. The TV with SAT reception is of course also included. Furthermore, the separate and fully functional kitchen with ceramic hobs, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine etc. is directly adjacent to the living room. The beautiful bathroom, bathed in morning light, has a large bathtub and a separate walk-in shower. The mirror cabinet is located above the washbasin. The WC is in a separate room.
Your dog is also welcome to stay with us.
