The apartment is located in the rural area of Calw, beautifully surrounded by green fields and woods. The nearest supermarket, bakery and butcher are about 2 km away. The beautiful Herman Hesse Old Town Calw is about 6 km away. In the neighboring town of Bad Teinach-Zavelstein, the crocus blossom can be admired from the beginning of March. These meadows are very well within walking distance. The apartment is ideal for relaxing. Directly from the apartment you can start wonderful walks in the vast expanse of the northern Black Forest. The hiking trails cross beautiful hills, meadows and deep forests. The apartment is located in the Einliegerwohnug a new building. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen. From the kitchen there is a door to the terrace and a staircase to the garden. In fine weather you can have breakfast or read. In winter, the area is ideal for sledging. Directly at the house are many meadows where snow is often in winter. For skiers, there is a choice of small and medium-sized ski resorts. These are about 15 km to 70 km away. Please note: Wi-Fi is available in the house and in the apartment. Cell phone reception is not always available in the apartment. In the entrance area and on the street but already (applies to T1 / Telekom network). Since January 2019 there is a TV.
