The apartment is located in the southwest of Berlin, in the middle of a beautiful lake and forest landscape, yet the city center is easily and quickly reached by the A115 and public transport. A steamer landing stage (at the large Wannsee), bicycle rental, restaurant with beer garden and playground, S-Bahn station Wannsee and bus stops are within walking distance. The beach Wannsee, shopping possibilities and various restaurants can be reached by car in 8-15 minutes.
The 47 square meter apartment is located in our house with a separate entrance. We have 2 dogs in the house (1 medium 1x small) which are very friendly, curious and used to children. Naturally, they spend a lot of time in the garden.
The apartment consists of one bedroom (9.5 sqm) with box spring bed (160x200) wardrobe, high chest of drawers, side table with reading lamp, digital clock. Sheets, blankets and pillows are available.
The kitchen (5.5 sqm) is fully equipped with fridge, oven, stove, microwave, toast, water cooker, coffee machine (incl. Portion of coffee), espresso machine (incl. Portion of espresso powder), sufficient cutlery, plates, pots and pans, glasses, cups.
Also located in the kitchen is a Bosch washing machine incl. Washing powder, a seating for 2 people on bar squeak with kl. Table. Kitchen towels, kitchen roll, napkins, dish soap, coffee filters, teabags, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil are available for free.
The bathroom (5.5 square meters) has a walk-in shower, toilet, illuminated mirror, bidet and sink.
Towels, hair dryer, liquid soap, facial tissues and 2 rolls of toilet paper are ready for you.
The living room (20.5 sqm) is modernly furnished with a sofa bed (140x190), dining area for max. 4 persons, modern wall unit with TV (cable) DVD player, kl. Radio with CD player and direct access to the terrace overlooking the garden. Garden furniture and parasol are available.
In case of mutual mutual consideration, the garden can be shared. Attention, in the garden is a kl. Pond without fencing with a depth of up to 150 cm.
We would also like to inform you that the S-Bahn line 7 (direction Potsdam) runs behind the property. This is not heavily used and at night it rests completely. A privacy screen is available.
