Increíble apartamento dúplex, es perfecto para hasta 4 personas. En la planta baja se encuentra el salón-comedor, con ambas zonas muy bien separadas, la zona del salón con el sofá la televisión y varios pufs decorativos además de poder sentarse y estar cómodo son ideales para relajarse después de todo el día de vistas turísticas y la zona de comedor con una gran mesa con sillas se encuentra en medio de la cocina y el salón.
La cocina es amplia, independiente y equipada con todos los electrodomésticos (cafetera, secadora, lavadora, horno, vitrocerámica, microondas, etc.). Es muy grande y en ella pueden estar cocinando al mismo tiempo hasta 3 personas cómodamente. También hay una zona separada con una lavadora y una secadora.
El baño que también está en esta planta está completamente reformado, es grande y tiene una ducha de esquina muy cómoda y funcional. En esta misma planta se encuentra una de las habitaciones, es doble y está equipada con dos camas individuales. En la planta superior a la que se accede por una escalera desde el salón, se encuentra el segundo dormitorio, toda la planta superior la ocupa esta habitación, es una zona amplia, con grandes armarios y una cama de matrimonio, se asegura con una Barandilla de seguridad con la que no existe peligro de ningún tipo.
El apartamento cuenta con Wi-Fi y aire acondicionado y calefacción, hay un ventilador extra muy grande para dar ayuda y apoyo al último piso. No hay escaleras salvo las que llevan a la habitación matrimonial, ni es necesario el ascensor para acceder al apartamento, lo que lo hace muy cómodo.
Ubicado en una de las mejores y más demandadas zonas de Barcelona. El Poblenou actualmente está de moda y es un barrio con encanto, todos los turistas quieren estar en esta zona, sobre todo en verano, porque además está situado en la zona de la playa y puedes ir a la playa dando un paseo, muy bien comunicado con transporte público y cerca de todos los lugares importantes que desees, también hay un centro comercial muy cerca.
