Clematis Apartment
Situated on the ground floor with entrance from a frescoed portico and with access on two sides to the garden, and with direct access to the swimming pool. The Clematis flat is located inside a historical residence dating back to the end of the 19th century, a stone's throw from the city of Arezzo, between Siena and Florence. The flat is on the ground floor and inside there is a large living room with sofas, a bookcase in various languages, satellite TV with stereo system, a dining table and a small desk.
The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, pots and pans and dishes. There is also an oven, gas hob, dishwasher, freezer and refrigerator, with microwave and toaster. The double bedroom has an antique-style wardrobe and the bathroom is located inside, with a large steam bath-style shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet, hairdryer and washing machine. The second bedroom, on the other hand, has two single beds and a large wardrobe, a desk and the possibility of adding a third single bed. Inside Clematis there is air conditioning everywhere as well as radiators for hot air. Linens for the room, bathroom and kitchen are provided; plus, of course, pool towels. The residence is set in an elegant Italian-style garden of over 5000 metres, with covered parking for the exclusive use of guests. At the rear of the garden are both the swimming pool, equipped with a convenient access staircase and a large, elegant and well-equipped solarium, and a large, functional barbecue located at the end of the shady pergola of American vines interspersed with climbing roses. Finally, four comfortable and elegant tables complete the furnishings and functionality of the rear part of the "Ca de Frati" garden. From the residence it is easy to reach all four of Arezzo's valleys, and it is also just a few kilometres from Siena, Florence and Perugia. In two hours it is possible to reach both the Tyrrhenian and Adriatic Seas.
