There is a fully functional elevator from 1stfloor to 3rd floor. We admit we use it when we go grocery shopping. 2ndfloor 1st Bedroom – 1 double bed and 1 twin bed w/ full bathroom. 2nd Bedroom – 1 double bed and 1 twin bed with full bathroom. Office – 1 trundle bed (2 singles) – ½ bathroom around the corner. Game Room – Pool table, wet bar, dart board, board games, and 85” smart TV!!! Kitchen - Spacious kitchen w/ wrap around counter top, butler pantry, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, pots & pans, dishes, silverware and glassware. Dining area – Large dining table w/ sitting for 10 people. Family Room – Sofa and lounge chairs, 65” smart TV, DVD player, high speed internet w/ WiFi, Sonos sound system, and fireplace. Wrap around porch with outdoor sofa and chairs, and outdoor dining table for 12 people. Screened in porch, furnished with cocktail table and chairs. 3rd floor Master Bedroom – 1 King bed w/ full bathroom, including standup shower and cast iron clawfoot tub, his & hers marble vanity, and walk-in closet. 2nd Bedroom on 3rd floor– 1 Queen bed w/ full bath (stand up shower) 3rd Bedroom on 3rd floor– 2 twin beds with full bath. 3rd floor Private porch – Lounge chairs and plenty of breath taking ocean views. House Rules: Non-smoking, and Pets NOT allowed. Your safety and wellbeing are our top priority and we would like to assure you that we are following the CDC guidelines for protection against COVID-19 and indeed doing our best to go above and beyond to implement some new procedures this season. Wendy Lea Pharo and her cleaning crew will sanitize in between each group’s stay and property manager Marc Voumard from Cape Island Properties will use an Emist Electrostatic Sprayer to add another layer of disinfectant to all surface areas in the home. Anyone entering the house for maintenance is to wear masks, gloves, and shoe covers. We are removing items that cannot be easily cleaned and disinfected, including rugs, throw pillows, blankets and beddings, dish towels, beach chairs and toys, games, books, DVDs, and paper products. We hope the following checklist will help you plan for your trip:  Due to the extra time needed to prepare the house for you, check in will begin at 4 PM, but check out is the same at 10 AM.  Please bring paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, tissue paper, etc.)  Please bring or rent blankets, pillows, sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach towels, kitchen towels, and oven mitts. We recommend reaching out to Linen Ladies well in advance for anything that you would like to rent. As always, the 2nd floor guests will be able to use the gym area in the garage and guests on both floors can use the grills. We have heard that Cape May Township plans to maintain beach access at half capacity this summer, which we are optimistic will not much affect our more secluded location at the quieter end of town.
