At Hog Heaven, you'll always feel at home! Located in a vibrant, up-and-coming neighborhood in South Fayetteville, our home is within 2 miles of everything the city has to offer. You'll be close to the Fayetteville Square, Dickson Street, the Entertainment District, and popular restaurants like Arsaga's at the Mill. The Space: Upon entering our home, you’ll see the stairs leading to the second floor. Turn left to enter our open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area. Immediately to the right is the main lounge, featuring a plush leather couch, two lounge chairs, two poufs, a 55-inch TCL Roku TV, and subtle Razorback-themed decor. In the entertainment center, you’ll find our “Hogopoly” board game! To the left is our dining area with a 6-top dining table. This cozy space is perfect for group dining, engaging conversations, and board games with your crew. Walking through the living and dining areas, you’ll find our fully-stocked kitchen, featuring a butcher block island with two barstools. The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, a Keurig, ample built-in storage, and a charming hog-shaped cookie jar. You’ll also find a large glass door that leads to the side of the house. Heading upstairs, you’ll be greeted by our faux grass photo wall adorned with a large “Arkansas” sign, making it an ideal spot to snap a few photos before heading out to a game or a night on the town. When it’s time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our four beds: 1. The Master bedroom features a King-size bed, closet, 40-inch TCL Roku TV, and a stunning en suite bath. 2. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed, closet, 40-inch TCL Smart TV, and access to a shared bath. 3. The third bedroom includes a Queen bunk bed, closet, 40-inch Hisense Smart TV, a PlayStation console, and a shared bath. If you want to experience Fayetteville like a local, venture just 0.5 miles from the front door. The Fayetteville Square, Dickson Street, the Entertainment District, and restaurants like Arsaga’s at the Mill, Penguin Ed's, Crisis Brewing, and Feed & Folly are just steps away. The driveway is shared between Hog Heaven and two neighboring properties. Please refrain from parking in the driveway. Instead, park in the garage or directly in front of the house. The driveway may be used for loading and unloading only, to ensure all owners maintain access to their garage parking. If your vehicle is equipped with a back-up camera, reverse parking into the single-car garage is recommended for easier access.
