Summary: We loved the location. Everything is walkable from here. The breakfast was fantastic and one of the big reasons we chose Hobo. Service was great. Rooms were small (one chair, limited seating area) but very clean, comfortable and up to date for our family of 4 with two teens. Modern bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Only minor issue was noise from the rooftop bar on some nights in our rooms (4th floor with windows), but only until 11-12pm. Overall excellent hotel.
