Beautiful semi- subterranean home nestled in the hillside of Palos Verdes, just 7 minutes from the ocean. This is a private back guest house with a private entrance with both indoor and outdoor living space. Very quiet and secluded besides the occasional roosters in the morning. Beautiful home located on the bridal horse trail in Palos Verdes. Upon arriving, you will park in a designed parking space, cruise by beautiful chickens and a rooster and arrive at the Hobbit House LA. This tiny home has been hand built out of Palos Verdes stone on the outside of a shipping container. Inside you will find a luxurious California King bed, with a cozy down comforter and comfortable sherpa chairs to lounge in. This is the perfect weekend getaway for two. There is a fire pit outside. Let us know if you would like to use it during your stay and we will leave wood out for you to use.
