Positive: The host was very helpful and was there to greet me on arrival. The location of the house is terrific, as long as you have a car everything is within an easy drive. The house had good facilities for cooking, as I don't often go out of an evening. Supermarket nearby. I felt very safe in the house, it was warm and comforting. WiFi available, washing machine and dyer available which I was very grateful for after a week in a more remote setting with minimal facilities.
Negative: Parking in a narrow street might be a challenge in busier times, however, I had no difficulty during my 4 night stay. Whilst there is a small sofa in the lounge area it was not at all comfortable and very low, the only other option was an older single desk chair. Something to think about. Older style TV so Netflix app unavailable. I was happy to read, however this may not suit a family. These are not complaints, rather observations.
Summary: I would be happy to stay at this location again, should I find myself returning to Hobart.
