Ancient family house of the late nineteenth century, located 200 m from the sea and immersed in a centuries-old park covering an area of 8000 m2. The house is very quiet and consists of two independent houses each of 200 square meters. one placed at garden level and the other on the first floor. There is also a large gazebo suitable for up to 15 people seated with a fireplace and barbecue. we can evaluate the separate rent of the two independent units.

4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + half bathroom, a large kitchen, a dining room, a large living room, and a comfortable room used as a laundry and ironing room, to complete the whole magnificent terrace overlooking the park.
