Former two room school, built around 1872, lovingly restored in 2016 into 880 square foot two bedroom (one queen, one double), one walk-in shower bath, new kitchen with large fridge, propane stove and microwave, large L-shaped LR with queen-size sofa bed and additional sofa and chairs, dining room, front porch, back deck, well water, septic, on an acre, with wooded mountain in back, in historic hamlet of Lordville NY, within walking distance of Delaware River with access below the Lordville bridge, famous for trout fishing. No phone, no internet, no TV. Disconnect and enjoy the peace and quiet.
