Charlotte historic landmark, The Kuralt House is nestled in quiet south Charlotte, a 1/2 mile walk to Quail Hollow Club and convenient to Southpark. The Kuralt House is a Luxury ~4,000 sf custom home on 1/2 acre property shaded with Live Oaks and Willow Oaks. Conveniently located for PGA and other Charlotte area events, the house is comfortable and well-appointed for both large and small groups.
*Note: Cleaning fee includes cleaning, linens and certain sundries.
The space
The Kuralt House features multiple gathering spaces including a large front porch, rear patio garden with lily pond, library, keeping room, chef's kitchen and entertainment den. The open kitchen boasts granite and custom cabinetry, Sub-Zero style refrigerator and Thermador gas range. Elsewhere on the main level is the library with original fireplace, large keeping room with 11 ft ceilings, classic den with billiards and historic hearth and fireplace, guest washroom and breakfast area.
Upstairs is accessed via front and rear staircase and features 5 bedrooms across 2 wings, 4 of which are en suite, reading nook and laundry. The master bedroom with sitting area gives prominence to a fireplace and garden overlook via double french doors.
