It is a few minute stroll to the Pearl Street Mall, shops, farmers market, and the best restaurants in town and two blocks to the trail heads of numerous Front Range hike and bike trails. Originally built as a gold miners cottage in 1898, expanded, remodeled and rebuild over time, the house now offers a light filled second floor master suite with private porch and adjacent loft / study, a bright spacious living room with cathedral ceiling on the main level which opens on to the garden, a dining room, 1⁄2 bath, roomy modern kitchen, and an en suite guest room on the lower level which sleeps three. The aesthetics are eclectic, international and comfortable, with art collected from many corners of the world. Covered off street parking, washer drier, flat screen TV . No pets..
