The Gunn House was built for Dr. Frank G. Gunn in 1925. This groundbreaking all electric home was ahead of its time. The walls, inside and out, are 8' thick poured concrete. It is believed that Thomas Edison conferred with Dr. Gunn on the construction, as Edison had been experimenting with the process in the early 1920s. The home has been wonderfully renovated to it original glory,with lovely patio's and gardens to relax in. Just a short stroll down Main street will delight you with a Bakery,a great micro brewery,wine tasting, Really good barbeque restaurant.
