The Space:
THE SPACE: This new-to-the-market historic vacation rental at 120 La Quinta Place is located in the heart of historic downtown St. Augustine, FL, just steps from the Ice Plant, Flagler College, the San Sebastian Winery, Treasury, Lightner Museum, famous St. Georgie Street, and SO much more! This home is picturesque - it boasts renovated bathrooms and kitchen mixed with plenty of historic character. Thoughtfully decorated with Henry Flagler's Railroad and Baseball Team memorabilia, there is a treasure on every surface. Now with a romantic event gazebo, absolutely perfect for your small wedding, vow renewal, birthday party or family reunion!
This home contains 4 full bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, all on the 2nd floor. The living areas are all on the 1st floor, complete with an antique desk that provides a uniquely cozy experience when 'working from home'. The kitchen is brand new, with a gas range and everything you could need to cook in or grill out and create an amazing meal! The electric fireplace in the living room is lovely all times of the year, and the TV above the fireplace has streaming and Live TV capabilities. There is plenty of outdoor seating within a screened patio to enjoy our wonderful weather, and the neighborhood is home to many St. Augustine locals so it is very quiet and safe. We take great care to decorate the interior and exterior for Christmas and the Nights of Lights season!
SMALL EVENTS: Available for small events, and now with a gorgeous romantic gazebo, we love working with couples, mommies-to-be and business owners to bring their dream event to reality within this picture perfect home setting. An event fee may apply, please inquire.
THE PROXIMITY: Most of my favorite local hot spots are in this part of town are within a 15-20 minute walk, a quick bike ride or short drive of the front door! To name a few: The Ice Plant (Distillery and Restaurant), Fish Camp Restaurant, Crave Healthy Eatery, Dog Rose Brewery, Prohibition Kitchen, Stogies Cigar Bar and Live Music, Forgotten Tonic Restaurant, The St. Augustine Lighthouse, The Alligator Farm, Castillos De San Marcos Fort, and SO much more!
Soak it all in! Enjoy a quick drive of just 10-12 minutes to the local St. Augustine Beach Pier Park beach access or drive on (with 4 wheel drive capable cars) at A Street in St. Augustine Beach!
THE SURROUNDING AREA: To the south of St. Aug is a highly popular area of Palm Coast, with nearby Marineland, a great place to indulge in outdoor fun as well as golf at The Hammock and the drop dead gorgeous preserve of Washington Oaks State Park, a must-visit! This home is also drive-able within 45 minutes best parts of prime Ponte Vedra for golf and shopping! US1 and A1A are our main commercial corridors, equipped with shopping, groceries and restaurants of all kinds. This home is less than 10 minutes from Publix grocery store.

Bathrooms are outfitted with 2 rolls of toilet paper each, soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Towels are provided.

OPEN LIVING: The kitchen is situated adjacent to the living and dining area so everyone can be together whether lounging, dining or cooking! We outfit the kitchen with one roll of paper towels, a few starter trash bags and dishwasher pods for your first couple of days.
PARKING: There are 4+ parking spaces in our driveway. Please avoid parking on the street as it is not allowed except for full time residents.
LAUNDRY: We offer a laundry area with washer and dryer, starter laundry pods, iron and ironing board and some basic cleaning supplies for your convenience.
HISTORIC DOWNTOWN ST. AUGUSTINE: Just step outside and you are in historic downtown St. Augustine! Take a tour, enjoy the rich Spanish history, the architecture, the food and craft cocktails and all that our pleasant waterfront town has to offer. BEACHSIDE FUN IN THE SUN: Our beaches are unparalleled! We really know how to enjoy what nature has blessed us with here in our quaint little St. Augustine Beach. Pier Park is just a 10-12 minute drive to park your car and walk on to the beach. You can also drive to one of the public beach accesses at St. Augustine Beach or Crescent Beach to drive on or park and walk on.
TURN IT UP: Want to live on the edge? Local adventures abound! There are a couple of rental shops nearby where you can rent surfboards, paddle boards, snorkeling gear, you name it! Deep sea fishing charters and boat rentals are also available in multiple places throughout town. Delivery bike rentals available via a local company. Contact me for recommendations.
*SECURITY DEPOSIT: In lieu of a traditional security deposit charge or authorization hold for a large sum, we will instead charge a one-time non-refundable incidentals fee to your stay of $149. This fee acts as insurance for minor damages and covers you up to a max of $1500 of damage. You may elect to increase your incidentals fee for more coverage ($149 for $1500, $199 for $2000 and so on and so forth).
*IMPORTANT: Guests must report to us any damage that has taken place during their stay before checkout, otherwise the incidental fee coverage is null and void. In this case, we reserve the right to charge the full amount of repairing or replacing the damaged items to you. Your insurance coverage amount ($500, $1000, $1500, etc) is not the max that you are responsible for. If damages exist beyond your coverage amount we will document this with photos and professional estimates of repair, and bill you for the repairs or replacements.

We recommend renting a car to get around, or there are local pedi-cabs you can call to pick you up if you're only traveling a short distance downtown.
