This beautiful and historic property is elegantly situated on 1.25 acres and comes with access to the resort amenities at the Poco Diablo Resort. There are two primary suites, one upstairs and one downstairs that have a king bed in each. The downstairs has an additional room with two trundle beds that can sleep four adults comfortably. In total this rental can sleep eight.The house boasts a spacious living and dining room that can seat up to 12 people. The upstairs master bathroom is newly renovated and has a large dressing room that is perfect for bridal parties as they get picture perfect for the big day. The downstairs bedroom is roomy and quiet with its very own private fireplace. This full kitchen is perfect for cooking or entertaining during your Sedona stay.
Please note this is a non smoking property and a fine will be charged if guests are found to have smoked inside the rentals. This rental has a shared yard with two guest cottages.

Summary: The only suggestion is to let people know with the listing that it is a shared property with up to two other cottages on the property. I brought a dog and thought this property was great because it was fenced in but if there were other dogs you had to use a lease. Also hot tub and barb was shared but not advertised that way on vrbo.
