With over 4,000 sq. ft. and 4 floors of living space, this newly renovated (2018) historic home is rich in updated style, while keeping the integrity of the Victorian feel. Each uniquely appointed guest room features thoughtful furnishings and amenities such as TV’s and new memory foam mattresses. 1ST FLOOR: Beautifully appointed common areas with plenty of space for enjoyment together such as: *Beautiful, bright kitchen *Large dinning room with a fireplace and seating for 8 *Living room with gas fireplace *Half bath 2ND FLOOR: *Master bedroom with a queen bed, ensuite bathroom and adjacent living room with gas fireplace and a pull out sofa-bed. *2nd bedroom with another beautiful bathroom with steam shower just outside the bedroom. 3RD FLOOR: *Two bedrooms with queen beds with a shared bathroom in between them BASEMENT: *5th bedroom with a queen bed *Bathroom *Laundry Room PARKING There is private parking behind the house that can accommodate two compact cars or one large standard-length vehicle. There is also permit parking on the street and we provide two parking passes. Additional free parking two blocks from the home.
