The Space:
This condo features a fully updated interior and is in the most premier location in St. Augustine! Sitting 4 floors up, this historic building is on the corner of St George Street and King Street and offers superb views of the city square and bayfront. You’ll only be a few steps to everything that downtown has to offer!
The features of the main spaces of the 4th-floor condo:
- A bright and spacious open floor plan that features a sitting area with plush seating that faces a flat-screen Smart TV that’s able to connect to your streaming accounts, providing a relaxing space to hang out. This area also features a 4-top dining table where you can enjoy a sit-down meal or work on your laptop comfortably if needed.
- A fully-equipped kitchen that’s outfitted with quality appliances and everything you’d need to cook up homemade dishes. Bonus - a dishwasher for quick clean-ups!
- A quiet, dedicated office space equipped with a comfortable desk and chair, ideal for remote work or study.
- 1 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms to accommodate 2 guests as such:

The designated parking space is 3 blocks away from the condo, around a 5 minute walk.
Baby equipment is available for a fee.
Please avoid holding the elevator doors open for extended periods, as this can cause the system to malfunction or become inoperative. While it doesn’t happen often, the elevator in this very old building can occasionally stop working. For that reason, this unit is only recommended for guests who are okay with walking up four flights of stairs if needed.
Guests must climb 1 flight of stairs to access the roof terrace from the top (4th) floor.
There’s a dedicated outdoor parking space for one car located at our Realty Office 3 blocks away.
We provide some home/bath essentials like basic soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper. Some cleaning supplies, such as dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, and trash bags, are provided. Keep in mind these items are not replenished.
There is a welcome sheet inside with further instructions, including WiFi details.
Guests may need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
For reservations of 25 nights or more, a mandatory maintenance check will be conducted to ensure the property remains in excellent condition during your stay. This check will typically take place 1.5 to 2 weeks after your arrival.
We will coordinate the specific timing of this visit with you to ensure minimal disruption and accommodate your schedule. Please note that access to the property for this maintenance check requires prior authorization.
A mandatory $100 cleaning is required every two weeks for stays longer than 28 days.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the unit, near open windows or on the rooftop, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are ok as long as they don’t stay overnight.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or anytime during their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Kindly check all drawers, cabinets, closets, and under the beds. Please make sure you do not leave anything behind. We do not ship belongings to guests after check-out. No exceptions.
