Guests are also allowed to access the large swimming pool and spa located next door at the Ernest Lyons House at Old Colorado Inn. The Blue House is a 1915 Sears and Roebuck 'Kit' home that has been lovingly restored with newly refinished intricate woodwork throughout and furnished with charming antiques and decor.
