One of the most famous mansions in south Florida. Featured in many movies and television series. The Young Mansion boasts 23 rooms with 6 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and 2 half baths. This villa has great hardwood and Cuban tile floors, beautiful imported Spanish tile roof, billiards room, foosball table, ping pong table, an English pub style bar, outdoor gas grill. All the bedrooms have flat screen televisions and quality linens with comforters and cotton duvet covers. There is 1,000 MPS wifi throughout the house (great work location).
The space:
Both the formal dining room (seats 12) and formal living room have imported limestone fireplaces, jacuzzi tub in marble master bath, commercial grade stainless steel appliances in kitchen, with waffle maker, juice maker, coffee maker, toaster- etc The huge 25 ft X 45 foot swimming pool has lounge chairs, an outdoor dining table (seats 8), outdoor sectionals and sofas, and a cabana with a full bathroom- serving area- and a refrigerator. Gorgeous formal courtyard with a fountain and two additional imported Moorish fountains adorn the property. Also, stunning formal gardens with great imported marble statues (five total), seven huge Moorish limestone urns, and mixed fragment plants will make you feel like you are in heaven.
Owner lives in the side apartment. The unit has its own entrance and amenities but it is on the property.

Summary: We loved the house the location is perfectly located to walk to the beach plenty of beds the pool was great. We enjoyed the grill and outdoor space. The inside has its quirks but it’s an old house. Overall everyone loved it and made memories to last a lifetime.
