This home is simple and charming and just right for a special weekend or amazing lifetime at the beach.
The home is quaint and comfortable, and the pool and jacuzzi out back in your private, completely fenced back yard is like Nirvana found, just for you. Close to everything you need and anything you want, you will let the vibe at Hip Nautic ease you into gentler times, enjoying ocean breezes, exhilarating Sunrises and Sun-sational sunsets.
Walk for miles along this beautiful white sandy coast and fall into your comfy bed at night fully sated and ready to dream beautiful dreams. You will more than enjoy Hip Nautic.
The scent of the salt sea air begins to feel like home and the peaceful feeling begins to invade all of your senses. Ending your day in the wonderful, heated pool and spa is the icing on the cake.

Please note:
$150 fee to heat the hot tub and/or pool. Let us know prior to arrival if you would like to add this amenity. The pool and spa heat can not be run at same time per the system. From 6 am-6 pm pool heat is on. From 6 pm- midnight spa heat kicks on. Pool when heated is set to 85

This includes emotional support animals ( ESA) ADA Services dogs need prior approval and will be charged an additional $500 non refundable fee. Unapproved dogs on property will be charged the non refundable $500 fee, as well as loss of rental deposit.
Children must be accompanied by an adult when in the pool area at all times. Use at your own risk.
