Summary: Hotel for the most part was sufficient for our needs. Location was ideal. Parking process (charges) for in and out privileges was not clear upon arrival. This should have been better explained. "You can park in the lot next to the hotel" was not enough as multiple charges were incurred without knowing that a day pass was needed and had to be done by myself. Unfortunately we ran into a sink issue when we arrived Friday evening that was could not resolved until the next day - the staff should have detected this when our room was being prepared. And for a hotel of Hilton's reputation, this is unacceptable. Many people attempted to correct the problem and all were cordial with the exception of the last gentleman from the night staff who was a little rude and said that "these things happen" with no sign of any sympathy. After discussion with senior management the next morning, compensation was offered to our satisfaction.
