Positive: Room extra clean, all newly renovated. August 2025, 10th floor still under final renovations so some decor things are missing in the room. Bed very comfortable. Lots of AC outlets. Hotel food is 5 star including breakfast buffet. Room had bar fridge, iron but old fashion tea bag coffee maker.
Negative: Finding the main entrance from Courtyard lane street is a real challenge. A few proper direction signs would be of great help. Reception desk clerk states room service available, menu on the TV, reality, nothing of such on the TV, called it in. Most of her answers were vague and go away answers. Restaurant morning buffet. They are very good at reminding you consistently you have limited time to eat before they close it down. I don't blame staff, I blame management for not properly training staff to the Hilton experience level of service. Staff in general, no smiles & customers are a nuisance attitude.
Summary: Newly renovated, beautiful but customers are a nuisance.
