Summary: The unit was smaller than we thought. It is somewhat updated, but needed a good deep cleaning and paint job. Bed had plastic covers on mattress, which is fine, but we had to put on the pad and blanket. The shower door leaked all over the bathroom floor. Dust was all over. Seems like cleaners only do the “necessary “ areas. Areas around stove and microwave had caked on dirt. Dust all over base boards and chair rails. Ran out of toilet paper and paper towels, had to go buy our own. The pool area only had lounge chairs, no tables with umbrellas and the entire area was run down. Walking to the beach was convenient, but there were so many ant’s EVERYWHERE, we couldn’t sit and enjoy ourselves with getting bit. The balcony overlooks the parking lot and cars. Definitely not what I expected or wanted. I doubt I will use VRBO again. Fees are way too high for what you get!
