Summary: The hotel had no water the first night and the maintenance crew set off the fire alarm in the middle of the night. Also, there were only 2 luggage carts avaliable for the entire hotel to use, meaning we had to make numerous trips from our 3rd floor room to load our car for departure. There were no comps offered for these inconveniences.
