Positive: Rooms are quiet, comfortable and clean
Negative: We were exhausted after a long flight and were "greeted" by someone who seemed like they were trying to be helpful & welcoming, when in reality they were trying to sell us more hotel stays. We had a young child and just wanted to get to our room. That person was there during our entire stay and we had to go out of our way to avoid them in the lobby. We've used this hotel many times but I'd think twice about booking again.
Summary: Great hotel but they try to sell you another trip before you've even got to your room.
