The Hilltop Lakeview Retreat is perfect for gathering friends and family together all year round. A short stroll across the street you will find Waukewan Beach with boat launch and just a 3 minute drive to Meredith's town docks boat launch for Lake Winnipesaukee. Don’t forget your skis and snowmobiles! A winter stay gives you direct access to snowmobile trails right in front of the house on the Corridor 8 trail and you are within a 30 minute drive of Waterville Valley, Gunstock, & Ragged Mountain ski areas.

This spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home sleeps up to 12 people. On the first floor there is the master bedroom with a king bed with an attached full master bath and sliding doors out to one of the decks. On the top floor there is one bedroom with a queen bed, one shared full bathroom, and one queen bed loft bedroom with a daybed trundle. Downstairs you will find a kids bunkbed room with 2 bunkbed sets, a full bathroom, a separate laundry room, and second living room. Host your family dinner on the outside patio with an outside fire pit overlooking the lake or curl up by the fire in the living room on a cold night. This house has something for everyone during every season!
