A short stroll across the street you will find Waukewan Beach with boat launch and just a 3 minute drive to Meredith's town docks boat launch for Lake Winnipesaukee. Don’t forget your skis and snowmobiles! A winter stay gives you direct access to snowmobile trails right in front of the house on the Corridor 8 trail and you are within a 30 minute drive of Waterville Valley, Gunstock, & Ragged Mountain ski areas.
This spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home sleeps up to 12 people. On the first floor there is the master bedroom with a king bed with an attached full master bath and sliding doors out to one of the decks. On the top floor there is one bedroom with a queen bed, one shared full bathroom, and one queen bed loft bedroom with a daybed trundle. Downstairs you will find a kids bunkbed room with 2 sets of bunkbeds (4 beds), a full bathroom, a separate laundry room, and second living room.
