The first floor offers an EXPANSIVE GAME ROOM with Air Hockey, Ping Pong, 2 Player Indoor Basketball Shootout Game, 2 Player Video Pac Man Arcade Table (with 12 different games), Foosball Table, Leather Theater Reclining Seating, Propane Fireplace, wall mounted flat screen Smart TV, over 110 DVDs and DVD Player, over 70 games and puzzles, a chest of toys for the little ones, Laundry Room with full size washer and dryer, a full bathroom, bedroom with Queen and Full size Beds and a large closet. (This bedroom comfortably sleeps 4). Large patio door exits to front porch and driveway.
The Second Floor-the Main Floor, has gorgeous hardwood flooring throughout, an updated fully equipped kitchen with beautiful new granite counter tops with Island seating for four, (**see full kitchen amenities below), a large pantry, and Dining Room with seating for 12. Off the Dining Room is a large screened in porch with ceiling fan, table and seating for 12 in one corner and the other corner has rattan L shaped furniture, seating for 6. Off the screened in porch, you walk onto a 30-foot deck (with a grill) overlooking beautiful Roamingwood Lake. The Seasonal views are SIMPLY STUNNING. You may just sit your days away right here. It’s unambiguously breathtaking!
Let’s continue back into the main level to the large living room with a wall of windows letting you continually capture the beautiful views, has a beautiful stone propane fireplace, large skylights, and a large wall mounted Smart TV.
The Main Level has the second Bedroom with a brand new $3,500 King Size Mattress and Wall Mounted Flat Screen Smart TV and a large closet. You’ll also find another full size bathroom on this level.
The Third Floor-finishes up the tour with 2 bedrooms and the third full size bathroom. One bedroom has another brand new $3,500 King Size Mattress, wall mounted flat screen Smart TV and a large closet. and lastly the fourth bedroom has a Queen Bed and a Day Bed Trundle (two twin mattresses) wall mounted flat screen Smart TV and a large closet. This fourth bedroom sleeps 4.

**Hilltop Hideaway is on a steep hill, hence the name. In the wintertime, we have our driveway plowed, but it is highly recommended you have a vehicle that can handle a very steep driveway in the snow.
**Hilltop Hideaway is a 3 story home, there are a lot of steps.
**We have two OUTSIDE Security Cameras. There are absolutely NO cameras or surveillance inside our Home**
**RENTERS - Main renter must be at least 30 years old
**Maximum of 12 Guests
**Maximum of 5 Vehicles
**NO SMOKING.
**NO animals/pets of any kind allowed.
**2022: 2 night minimum EXCEPT Summer Months (June 18 to September 3rd) - WEEKLY RENTALS, Saturday to Saturday ONLY.
***VRBO will process your payment for the booking and appropriate taxes for your rental period. Because of the fees VRBO charges us, we require the other charges be paid directly to us. PLEASE CALL OR TEXT ME (number is listed below, under hosted by Donna) to discuss payment options. This payment must be made at the time of your booking. The total amount will include the ***(a) Hideout Registration Fee (see chart below), ***(b) $200 Security Deposit, and the ***(c) $200 Cleaning Fee.
***(a) Hideout Registration Fee-Besides our rental fee, the Hideout charges a registration fee for your welcome package upon checking in. 1-3 nights $100, 4-7 nights $125, 8-14 nights $155, 15+ nights $225.
The Hideout Welcome Package includes 3 amenity badges (along with those 3, you’ll have access to use our 6 for your rental period, for a total of 9 badges.) Badges are needed to use the amenities for ages 7 and up. If you need more than the 9, you can purchase for $12 per person for your entire stay from the POA.
We need a list of the full name of everyone staying at the house.
(b)** SECURITY DEPOSIT-There's a $200 Refundable Security Deposit required in addition to the required $79 RENTER'S INSURANCE, that's offered by HOMEAWAY/VRBO. The Renter’s Insurance through VRBO will cover anything that is broken. Your Security Deposit will be fully refunded if no items within and/or outside the house are missing and all six (6) passes are returned. If you leave the house the way you found it with nothing missing, your security deposit will be refunded in full.
***(c) CLEANING FEE-The home is completely and professionally cleaned and disinfected after every departure. The cleaning fee is $200.
