This high country retreat is the place to have it all. Private Country Retreat on Swan Mountain yet only 15 minutes to downtown Asheville. Uber/Lyft to enjoy amazing craft breweries and restaurants.
Four king bedrooms (all with their own TVs), one queen bedroom plus a set of full size bunks and four bathrooms.
Upstairs the master suite has tub and separate walk-in shower, kitchenette, gas fireplace, and private deck with fire pit table.
Main floor king has in suite bathroom and a Lazy boy sofa pull out mattress.
The second main floor king has adjacent bathroom that you can pull a pocket door closed to privatize that bathroom.
Downstairs- pool table, small living area with second kitchen, and full bathroom. King bedroom and large bedroom with a queen bed and full size bunks in that room. Lazy Boy sofa in the living room area with pull out queen size mattress.
Hiking trails on property, free wifi and free firewood. All quilts, blankets, and linens laundered after each guest use.
We have five rentals available on this property and it is an ideal location to have reunions and get together with every one staying on property. We do not allow parties or events of any kind with people coming off property.
*We are in a cove where noise travels and to be good neighbors we cannot allow loud music or excessive noise.
*We have limited parking and cannot allow parking on yards where septic tanks and fields could get damaged.
The property supervisor lives on site and is responsible to make sure guests adhere to policies and is available to correct any issues.
