Positive: The room was quite roomie and also the bathroom. I did not see any insect on the premises for 9 days! There are screens against insects at all the windows. Great lobby at the property and also are available other common areas including for the washing machine and the teraces. The owner, MarieAnn, always willing to be helpfull. The main Hill View atribute is one can see the ocean from the terace ( and also the always green neighbourhood).4
Negative: In the way to the property , one of the streets, is not in the best condition.
