Fresh bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Rear private enclosed patio with outdoor seating area. Sorry, no smoking. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Pub 2 miles, shop 2.0 miles. Note: central heating season 1st October until 31st March, unless requested otherwise. Note: starter pack of logs and kindling will be provided between 1st October and 31st March. Note: The road outside, shown on property photographs, has a 40 miles an hour speed limit and can be busy at times, Some road noise may be heard.

The village is a real gem, with a beck running down the high street, two excellent inns, a traditional village shop, a tea room and a bakery. There are excellent walking and cycling opportunities from the village itself, as well as easy access to the beautiful National Park. The stately home and gardens of Castle Howard are just 4 miles away, and the market towns of Malton and Helmsley are 8 miles away. Historic York and the attractions of the East Coast are further afield but well worth the trip!
