Hill house on Hubert was created as the perfect place to gather with family & friends after a show at Bethel Woods center for the arts, shopping at boutiques, visiting a llama farm, swimming at a river, dining at many delicious restaurants or just after a long hard day walking from the grill, to the hot tub, the sauna, fire pit, and back around. The property itself is set on just about an acre with tall trees, wild flowers , chirping birds and views of Lake Jefferson.
Comfy living room with a fireplace & Victrola record / CD / Tape and Bluetooth speaker. Newly renovated and fully stocked kitchen (from paper towels , sponges to pots, pans and olive oil), dining table for 6 for a yummy meal amongst loved ones.
There's a large jacuzzi hot tub on the lower deck, large private fire pit on property, grill on the upper deck, large 65 inch TV in the basement for a movie night, and lets not forget the wood burning sauna!
The bedrooms (all on the 2nd Floor) are all good sizes, come with luggage racks and dressers, and a rack or closet to hang garments. The basement also has a pull out couch. There is a full bathroom on the 1st floor and a full bathroom with a standup shower on the 2nd floor and plenty of plush large comfy towels in the linen closet. The home can comfortably accommodate 5-7 people, will you be next? Guests can access the entire property with the exception of 2 utility closets in the basement as well as the shed. Jeffersonville is a central location in Sullivan county and has so much to offer.
The Main Street in Jeffersonville is a mile away , you’ll find the delicious Jville bake shop (big pink house) , Peck’s market , Tavern on main (delicious restaurant ) , a beer garden , the gourmet Sullivan Sundries, a coupleantique shops , farmers market on the weekend and much more !! Aside from the Main Street , the house is located less than 15-20 minutes away from Callicoon, Livingston Manor , Kenoza Lake , Cochecton, and Bethel Woods Center . Always a lot to explore . You definitely don’t need a car to get to Main Street if you like walking or biking, but definitely need a car to explore a little more . Parking is easy in most towns . There are stairs to go upstairs from the main floors, and stairs to go down to the basement. On the exterior there are stairs between the lower and upper deck. The home itself is on a hill so the whole yard goes downhill, please be careful when wandering.
