Split-level guest house. (Shares 1.8 acre lot with the main house.) When you enter the house, you go upstairs to the family room, game room, and kitchen. There is a flat screen television in the living room. There is cable and WIFI access. The dining table seats eight.
The kitchen has an indoor electric grill with two electric burners on the stove-top; refrigerator, oven, microwave and coffee maker.
The game room has a billiards table. There is also a game table with seating for 6.
There is a half bath upstairs.
The upstairs covered deck (off of the game room) has seating for 8. There is also an outdoor gas grill.
All of the bedrooms are downstairs.
There is a large master with California KING bed (memory foam mattress) and adjoining master bath with Travertine tile walk-in shower; the 2nd bedroom has a FULL size bed; the 3rd bedroom has three twin beds; and an optional 4th bedroom has a QUEEN bed (memory foam mattress) with a sliding door access to the yard. (The 4th bedroom is locked unless the guests exceed 6 persons.) The 2nd bathroom (downstairs) has a jacuzzi tub.
There is a lower patio accessed via two sets of french doors from the master bedroom.
There is a swimming pool shared with the main house. (Exclusive use of the pool can be negotiated.) There is a spa, however, the heat/jets are not permitted for use by the rental guests.
The main house and guest house are within 100 feet of each other, however, they are on a spacious 1.8 acre hilltop lot with endless sunset views.
