Guests will have access to the house, patio, garage, and front/backyard. Guests can store cars, motorcycles, and any gear (i.e bikes, hiking supplies, skis, etc.) in the garage during their stay. Guests will not have access to the first-floor owner's closet and/or the private mechanical room located in the basement. Guests will be able to reach us via phone call, text, or email at ALL times during their stay. Noted for liability purposes: There is one exterior camera located next to the main door to monitor the driveway and walkway to entry doors, ensuring service members have been to the property, the home is ready for our arriving guests, and for the safety of the property. The camera does not infringe on guest privacy as it is simply used for insurance, safety, and liability purposes.
