Positive: Overall the place is quite comfortable with multiple amenities and a radiant heating system.
Negative: The televisions only have streaming options and to us the remotes seem hard to operate. The garage is the main access and keypad/garage opener seem operate unpredictably and often require multiple attempts. Some of the pots and pans have seen better days with badly worn Teflon coatings. There is nothing really within walking distance even though the neighborhood is nice.
Summary: Comfortable but somewhat away from the main Breckenridge attractions
