Positive: Very clean and great facilities
Negative: Hot tub was cold when we arrived and took 8 hours to get to a temperature that was suitable to use. 25 degrees when we got there at 12.30pm and took until 10pm to get to 33 degrees after being told it would take 2 hours to warm up.. Hot tub temp goes to 40 degrees so still nowhere near warm. The room could do with a bin and maybe a mini fridge so you can at least store some essentials. The windows also have no blinds so the room is bright really early.
Summary: Nice room and facilities just needed organising better. Paying all that money to only get to use the hot tub for 2 hours
