Positive: Beautiful outside garden with amazing views. The house is clean and well equipped. The caretaker, Lisa went out of her way to make sure everything is perfect. She made delicious breakfasts, even though we had a number of dietary restrictions. Lisa had also great suggestions for day trips. She made the whole stay very enjoyable. Would stay again!
Negative: The description of the room on the Booking website didn't correspond to the actual room we were assigned. We booked the King Room that was listed as 500 sq. ft with a hot tub. At check-in the owner assigned us the a garden room, which was lovely but not what we booked. When we pointed out the problem, the owner did honer the reservation and "upgraded us". If the description was clear, we would have booked it to start with. We suggested that they exchange the descriptions of the Superior King Room and Standard Suite, which was listed 161 sq. ft. and lacked photos. However, at the time of writing this review (2 weeks later) the incorrect descriptions are still there.
Summary: A perfect get away. You'll think you're in Tuscany or Provence!
