Cozy new cabin in The Village at Kowaliga Bay! This Pet friendly rental also has an option to rent with golf cart for convenience getting to and from the lake, clubhouse, and pool! The Village at Kowaliga Bay is a friendly water access community located on Lake Martin. High Noon is comfortably apointed with lake chic decor! When you aren't hanging by the pool or cruising on the lake, enjoy the outdoors on the large back deck. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin features a split floor plan with primary suite featuring a king bed on one side of the open concept plan, while the other side has a bedroom with a queen and the other has 2 sets of bunk beds to sleep 4. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room for overflow guests. There is a wet bar with built in ice maker- great for entertaining and a mudroom with bench and storage for lake gear.High Noon has everything you need for an active lake adventure with water toys available for your use, such as a kayak, paddleboard and lily pad for floating! Life jackets of all sizes are provided. This cabin is located only 33 miles from Auburn University making it a great gameday escape! Please note that the parking pad accommodates 2 cars comfortably or 3 small cars. A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted with payment of a pet fee. For larger groups, this home is located in the same community as: All Decked Out, Blue Moon, Lake Daze, Landshark, Summer Shandy, The Eagles Nest & Whisper Woods.
