Positive: Lots of space in the living area. Beds were comfortable. Quiet location with space to play in the backyard.
Negative: Some of the furniture was broken. A couch was sagging in the middle and the dining room chairs were loose.
Summary: Great space to spread out, cook, eat and play games as a family.
