Enjoy your privacy among the lush 12 acres of this beautiful and centrally located home. Spend your days lounging around, taking a nap in the pool house, going for a swim in the in ground saltwater pool and using the hot tub and outdoor shower. Enjoy cooking meals in the fully equipped kitchen using the Wolf stove or grilling outside on the Viking grill. When you're feeling up to it get in a great workout in the fully equipped gym including a Peloton bike & tread.
The space
Our home is located on 12 acres of private property just 5 minutes to the center of High Falls and Stone Ridge, 10 minutes to Accord, and 15 minutes New Paltz and Kingston. There is plenty to do with the Hudson Valley's best hiking and mountain biking just minutes away. The area also offers golf, wineries, breweries and restaurants in the most picturesque settings. Currently the house is available to rent June 29-July 9. We are looking for guests to arrive on June 29th or 30th and stay for a minimum of 4 nights. Ideally all guests will know how to swim. You will have the luxury of feeling secluded without being far removed. Groceries, gas station and pharmacy all within 5 minute drive. Please keep in mind this is my personal home and I welcome guests who are looking to have a quiet and relaxing vacation. This is not the house for anyone seeking to have a party or event. You can choose to truly unwind and unplug or easily go out and enjoy all of the amazing places this area has to offer. We are 15 minutes to Inness, Westwind, Arrowood or Uptown Kingston and 5 minutes to the Hasbrouck House and Butterfiled. If you like to play tennis you can use the public courts at the local community college. For pickleball enthusiasts there are courts less than 5 minutes away.

Guests will have access to the entire house except for some closet space and the garage.

Our home is currently available to rent June 29-July 9th. We are looking for guests to arrive on the 29th or 30th for a minimum of 4 nights. As already stated this is my personal home and we are looking to rent to people looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation. Please note we do have regular pool and lawn maintenance that may happen during your stay.
