This house boasts 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and plenty of common space to hang and dine with your group. We’ve equipped our house with every possible luxury you could ever desire, not to mention the breathtaking backyard with your very own gigantic pool & lovely seating patio furniture.
The Space:
From the moment you walk in you will instantly be in awe by the high-end decor and top of the line finishes, offering an extra level of comfort and luxury. The interior open space brightens your mood, enticing you to simply relax and enjoy.
An exciting group trip needs to be balanced with private space and alone time. You want to create unforgettable memories, but don’t want to step on each other’s toes? This spacious house will make each and every one of your guests feel spoiled.
We will deck you out with the most lavish amenities to make your stay as plush and comfortable as possible: high speed wifi, huge smart TVs, expansive free-form outdoor pool, nap-worthy sectional poolside seating area, a fully-equipped chef's kitchen, stainless steel appliances, cozy couches, hotel grade mattresses etc etc. You get the point- we've got you (and every single one of your guests) covered!
Our house is located 3 minutes away from Lake Ray Hubbard! dont forget to bring your fishing gear :)

The master bedroom has one king bed | The second bedroom has one Queen bed | The third bedroom has one Queen bed | The fourth bedroom has one Queen bed, and one Twin over Twin bunkbed! | The fifth bedroom has TWO Twin over Twin bunkbeds! (please note: this room will be opened for groups of 10+ guests only)
Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful house, back yard and amenities this property has to offer.

★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★
Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect Texas vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee. Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends.
★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough process of cleaning after each check-out.
★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★
We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.
★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★
Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.
★ CLOSED BEDROOM ★
The fifth bedroom will only be opened for groups of 12+ guests.
★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★
Our fireplace is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. Thank you kindly.
★ SPA NOTE ★
Please note that our spa heating element is inoperable at the moment. We apologize for the inconvenience. (But who really needs any additional heat in our scorching, Texan weather anyways?!)
★ TOWELS NOTE ★
Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.
★ ENTERTAINMENT★
All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, YouTube along with cable TV. Login info will be provided upon request.
★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★
Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
