With an ideal combination of comfort and lovely Mountain Chic décor, there is plenty of room to kick of your boots and revel in the peaceful serenity of the tall cool pines.
The homey great room is furnished with relaxation in mind! There are two inviting sofas (one is a large leather couch with built in recliners, the other is a queen sleeper), and a recliner. Curl up with a book in front of a crackling fire in the wood-burning fireplace or enjoy cable or internet programming on the large flat screen HD TV. WIFI is also provided.
High Cotton features 3 bedrooms and two baths; and comfortably sleeps eight. On the main floor is a queen bedroom with an attached bathroom. The second floor has 2 roomy bedrooms with king beds and a shared bath. The primary boasts a walk-in closet, and flat-screen HD tv, and a Jack & Jill bathroom. Enjoy morning coffee or a nightcap on the private balcony.
Also located on the second floor is a laundry room equipped with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. Towels and linens are provided. In addition to HVAC the great room and each bedroom room has a ceiling fan.
The chef of the group will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen which is stocked with everything you need to cook up something delightful. In addition to the requisite coffee pot, toaster and assortment of pots, pans and utensils you’ll find a blender, crockpot, waffle maker and spices along with many other necessities for your use and enjoyment. The large farmhouse table seats 8, and there is also a drop-leaf table in the adjacent great room.
Our guests love spending time on the spacious deck! Gather around the outdoor table and savor barbecue, sizzling hot off the grill (propane is provided). Meals taste better when served with a pine-scented breeze!

The access is easy year round with a relatively level drive all the way to the front door; however 4-wheel drive/AWD is highly recommended during the winter months.

This is the mountains, and it happens. We encourage guests be prepared with access to chains or 4-wheel drive in winter months for all our properties. This is not the big city.
