The Hideaway Cottage is centrally located on the preferred south side of 30A and at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the Hideaway Cottage with its Charleston side-yard architecture is featured in the official book on Rosemary Beach . Just an easy 2 minute walk to both the Eastern and Western Gulf Greens. The heated Coquina Pool is just a 1.5 minute walk. We have easy proximity to the fitness center, tennis courts, children's playground, restaurants and shopping. First Floor Summary: Living room Dining room Kitchen, new Kitchen Aid appliances, ice machine Bedroom (queen) with private bathroom and walk-in closet 'Mud room' Washer/Dryer Second Floor Summary: Three bedrooms, all with private bathrooms (two kings, plus bunk room with twin bunk over a full-sized bunk). 2nd living room with queen sleeper sofa and TV. Two large outdoor porches overlooking the courtyard with outdoor couches and chairs. As you enter through the main gate, you’ll find yourself in a shaded large courtyard which embraces the entire front side of the house. The private boardwalk leads to either of two porches, with comfortable outdoor seating and large teak picnic table and new Weber grill. Step inside and you’ll notice wood ship lap walls, fine hardwood floors on both 1st and 2nd floors, built-in cabinetry, and abundant trim throughout the decorator furnished living and dining rooms. The fully-equipped kitchen has a newly designed counter bar for four, stainless appliances, and ice maker. Adjacent is the wood-ceiling dining room that has been recently redecorated with large new dining table and 10 chairs and adjacent living room with brand new HDTV, new decorator designed couches and chairs. When returning from the beach, a back door leads directly into a mudroom and powder room. This quality home also features 10' high ceilings, five-foot windows, and solid wood doors. There are three bedrooms upstairs: * large master BR, king-size bed, double-sink bath, large closet, private outdoor porch and new 50" TV and DVD player; * second master BR, king-size bed, bathroom, walk-in closet, and new TV; * bunk bedroom (full mattress on bottom, twin mattress on top) with bath and new TV. The upstairs features its own central living room with new queen size sleeper sofa, armchair, toys, and flat screen TV with DVD player. A closet contains a full-size washer and dryer. 2 high chairs, 2 'pack-n-play' cribs, games, toys, DVDs and puzzles. No pets/No smoking. The carriage house has a nautical theme and serves as the fifth bedroom. The studio floorplan has a separate entrance and includes a full bathroom, seating area with new full-size sleep sofa, a queen-size bed (new mattress), new TV, complete kitchen and use of a washer and dryer in the garage.
