Master Bedroom is tastefully decorated and includes a comfortable queen bed, full length standing mirror, smart tv, and more. The private master bath is stocked with soap, shampoo, body wash, dental kit, towels, toilet paper, and other amenities. Bedroom 2 features a comfortable queen bed and a smart tv for private viewing. A small desk was recently added to accommodate a laptop or other items. Bedroom 3 features two (2) twin beds and a smart tv. A queen air mattress is also available for use and may be placed in the bedroom #3 or in the upstairs living area.

While this is a wholesome and safe neighborhood, we want you to feel secure in knowing that we have gone the extra mile to ensure your peace of mind. Therefore, the property is equipped with Ring exterior security cameras: one (1) camera is a Ring doorbell camera that looks directly into the front yard with the ability to view who is at the front door entry; one (1) camera is on the garage facing the driveway to prevent vehicle tampering; one (1) camera is located near the backyard patio looking at the backyard entry gates; and one (1) camera looks out upon the side yard. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras are motion activated and record video and sound. Footage is available for 30 days and only pulled for security concerns. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have a security concern.

ACCESS LIMITATIONS:
From time to time throughout the year, the owner occupies the home and therefore, retains personal effects at the property. You have access to the full home with the exception of the following:
No guest access to the half-closet located under the stairs. This closet is locked and labeled with a No Guest Access sign. It houses a cleaning cart and other cleaning supplies/solutions that is used after checkout but prior to the arrival of professional cleaners and is only available to the property owners. This area must stay locked for the safety of children.
No guest access to the half-closet located upstairs inside an outer closet. This closet is locked and labeled with two signs: No Guest Access and Mechanical. This area accesses the attic area and indoor a/c unit and must stay locked. For the safety of all of our guests, no one is permitted to enter this area other than the owner and service technician.
No guest access to the foyer closet. This closet is locked and labeled with a No Guest Access sign. It contains the personal property of the owners and must remain locked.
No guest access to the Attic area located in the garage. Because the attic is located in the ceiling, it does not contain a no guest access sign. However, it is secured with a padlock. This area contains the personal property of the owner. For the safety of all of our guests, no one is permitted to enter this area other than the owner.
Lastly, no guest access is permitted to the portable building in the backyard as it houses a variety of personal property, equipment, and tools for lawn care maintenance and pest prevention. The shed is secured with a padlock.
