This villa is located in Calangute village just behind Kamat Holiday Homes a 3 Star resort. This luxury furnished villa offers exclusive living accommodation. Villa Calangute Phase 8 offers elegance, peace and tranquility while at the same time entertainment for all. Phase 8 is 12 minutes walk from the famous Calangute Beach.The property comes fully furnished and is ready for immediate occupation, ideal for a family, group of friends or someone who wants to spoil themselves with ample space. Cooking: The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, gas, cutlery, crockery, mixer, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, kettle, etc. We can provide Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, made by professional lady cooks or delivered by restaurants for an additional cost. Kindly email us to discuss the different options as these are variable costs based on the type of dishes you request and cannot be part of the villa booking amount. The cook will ensure all items, ingredients, vegetables, spices are purchased from the local supermarket and bills are given to you where applicable. We have staff to do small errand jobs, please tip them accordingly. Two Bedrooms - All bedrooms within the property are serviced by an air conditioning unit and the temperature can be individually controlled in each room. The copper master bedroom has a double bed whereas the other pink bedrooms have twin beds (which can come together as a double). All windows to the villa have mesh insect blinds. Two Bathrooms - each contain hand basin, vanity mirror, western style WC and shower with hot and cold water. The copper master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The pink bedroom has an adjacent bathroom/toilet. Kitchen - offers everything that a self-catered villa would need with clean worktops and fitted cupboards. Living Room - on the ground floor opens out onto a covered terrace leading into the garden and there is also seating in the front porch. The living room has a 3 seater sofa, 2 armchairs and a coffee table. Television with Tata Sky. Dining Room - the villa has a separate dining area with comfortable seating for 6 people. Garden - the whole villa is immaculately kept as are the surrounding gardens. The large lawn area provides lots of space to run around or just sit back and relax. PLEASE NOTE: If you are coming by car there is no road access directly to the villa. You will have to park your car on the main road and walk 20 meters via a traditional mud road. If you have a bike, then you have direct access to the property and can park the bike inside the compound wall. Other Facilities Provided: - Hair dryer - Clothes Rack to dry your clothes - Inverter House Keeping is done daily from 2pm-5pm. Linen and towels are changed twice a week. A gardener maintains the garden area. Once you have confirmed your booking, we will send you a link in which you can purchase extra shopping items which will be ready for you on your arrival. We do not charge for this extra service, you only pay for the items purchased. The external grounds of the villa are monitored by CCTV surveillance offering you additional security.
